How can I register for a training course?

There are four easy ways to register:

 

Online: Select the course you want to register for, Click the “REGISTER” button in the course outline, complete the form and click submit.

When should I expect to receive confirmation of registration?

Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you the following by e-mail/fax within 24-48 hours of registration.

 

Joining Instructions:

Invoice/receipt (where appropriate)

 

If you register online you will receive an e-mail on the same day confirming your registration.

Aside from public courses, do you offer any other training services?

We also offer:

• Customized (In-house) Training & Development which is all about your organisation – we will work with you to identify your individual and company-wide training requirements and deliver a course that meets your needs.

• Consulting & Performance Solutions wherein we provide focused consultancy services to clients in the Region.

When and how do I arrange payment?

Payment must be received before the training course commences. You can make payment by bank draft, cash, credit card or wire transfer.

Note: If the payment is not received Luthando Skills has the right to refuse admission.

What is included in the fees?

–  Classroom course fees will cover all written materials, lunch and refreshments

–  Online course fees will cover all materials which are sent electronically via email

Is there a discount for more than one registrant per training course?

Note: Discounts are not applicable with any other special offer that may be available.

What If I cancel the registration?

Request for training course cancellation must be made in writing and received at Luthando Skills three weeks prior to the training course date. A 50 % processing fee will be charge per delegate for each cancellation. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees due, although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a colleague who should substitute for you.

Can you help me obtain hotel accommodation & visa?

What kind of certificates do I get?

Luthando Skills Certificate of Completion with corresponding CPD Points credits shall be awarded to delegates who has successfully completed the training course.

 

In addition, Luthando Skills also offers Certified Training Courses wherein Certificates of Completion for such courses may vary.

Do you offer Professional Accreditation?

Yes, Luthando Skills is accredited by the following professional bodies; Luthando Skills is a member of The CPD Certification Service and has become a part of the initiative to increase standards of CPD provision to professionals in relevant market sectors.
